I really do.
Why - because I dreamt things ten years ago and they happened, because I have constant synchronicities and coincidences, because I dream of people then meet them.etc etc etc,

Yes, I believe we meet people when and where we are predestined to meet, but the outcomes of those meetings are all left to our own devises as to how they turn out.
