Question about Jesus

Would Jesus still be revered and worshipped as he is today if Mary hadn’t been a virgin and he wasn't conceived through immaculate conception?

Surely it's more about what he taught than his conception?

Or it's more about his (non) death and thereby him taking death for us so we can have enternal life
