How to identify when an atheist is losing an argument

Watch for these few common signs

1. They try to label the believer in order to discredit the person instead of keeping to the subject
2. They bring up religion and the bible to show how God can't exist
3. They resort to name calling

Until someone can prove god’s ( or a creator ) existence one way or another the outcome will always be a push. No winner.
You come here, you put out your opinion on the subject, you’re gonna get feedback. You may not like it. But don’t think people will back down just because you don’t like it.

@DocSavage you exhibit all of these. And think if science can't prove it then it just doesn't exist 🤣🤣

And we’re just supposed to take your word for it ?
You say you’re not religious. Millions of people are. Why don’t you simply take their word that Yahweh created the universe ? Or any one of the thousands of god throughout history ?
If reality and evidence aren’t good enough reason to believe in something impossible, than why not at least join the majority and use numbers to explain it all ?
Your “gut feeling” just isn’t that compelling.

@DocSavage i have had a spiritual awakening. Something you could never understand. So you label and get upset. Too bad for you

@Axeroberts
Ok, so now your creator is spiritual too. And your claims about scientific means are no longer true. Your creator used supernatural means to make the cosmos, not technology. He is immortal and has existed for billions of years, and takes a personal interest in every individual person living. And according to earlier post, provided our moral compass.
Now all we need is the afterlife, and we’re at full blown god.

@Axeroberts
I have stayed on the subject, throughout your last three or four post
As an Atheist, I do not care about any religion, I’m talking supernatural beings. Creationism in its raw form. No bible, no book of Genesis, no religion. That is your misconception.
I have not at any time resorted to insults. It is you, who believes Atheists fit into one stereotype, and lack the ability to understand faith. Far from it. We just don’t let faith override reason.
Try reading replies, before twisting them into personal attacks. You only make yourself seem more arrogant.
Axeroberts · 56-60, M
@DocSavage you claim to know reality and said you want to straighten me out. now that to me is arrogant. sheeesh
DocSavage · M
@Axeroberts
No I didn’t. I simply explained that the belief of an omnipotent creator is impractical. And asked you for evidence. All you have is a “gut feeling” which explains nothing, regardless of how intense it may have been for you. You’re the one who got your panties in a bunch because you don’t like being call a creationist.
Axeroberts · 56-60, M
@DocSavage i am thinking there is something seriously wrong with you.
DocSavage · M
@Axeroberts
How so ? You claim to be a solid believer, so am I.

3. They resort to name calling

there is something seriously wrong with you
Axeroberts · 56-60, M
@newjaninev2 because he keeps saying the same accusations although they have been answered. I am actually wondering if something is wrong with him. That's not an insult. Go look over the posts and you will see what I mean
DocSavage · M
@Axeroberts
“Gut Feeling “isn’t an answer.
Axeroberts · 56-60, M
@DocSavage you just keep going to that lie. I guess you don't have anything 🤷‍♂️
DocSavage · M
@Axeroberts
I don’t need anything.
God has nothing to offer except illusion. When you realize that, it’s a real spiritual awakening.

@Axeroberts

Axeroberts · 56-60, M
@LadyGrace the gut feeling I am referring to is the person's gut feeling. Atheists don't want to acknowledge this gut feeling. They bury it with their logic because they are threatened to acknowledge what this gut feeling is actually telling them
Seeing is believing

I had a spiritual awakening too. I realized god was a waste of time.
Axeroberts · 56-60, M
@DocSavage yes Your gut feeling. Of course you are afraid to use your feelings when considering if there is a Creator. It's much easier for you to believe that the universe just popped out of nowhere. Something from nothing 🤣
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@Axeroberts so your preferred explanation is a magical entity that popped up out of nowhere?
DocSavage · M
@newjaninev2
No, he popped out of a magic lamp. The lamp popped out of nowhere.
