it depends on what is meant by "belief". some people might say they believe in justice, they believe in helping their fellow humans. in this way my values are trully central to my life, I could even say that my values are more important to me than any specific human being because even if my best friend becomes a person who acts in a way that goes against my values (for example if he steals from someone or double-crosses someone) I will abandon this friend in a second. as for the other meaning of "beliefs", like believing in god, in magic, in tarot, in ghosts, in ufo's, all those things are completely irrelevant to me and I consider all these things to be silly superstitions.
