How much control do we have?

We have no control over anything in this life, from the right to getting born to the way we die and anything that falls in between these two events!

We can learn to control our reactions -- our emotions -- our inner life. We can choose to learn to be happy, and we CAN be happy because happiness is at the core of each of us.
