You can control what to think about... your blessings or sad things; To love or hate, what to eat today, whether to go out or stay home, whether to drink alcohol or go for a walk. whether to eat candy or eat fruit, fast food or homecooked healthy for your family, whether to follow the law or not, whether to save or purchase something, whether to hug your wife or look at porn. Whether to follow Jesus, and whether to resent or to forgive 🙏
