Mum bods vs dad bods ie people with natural curves etc.

Why is there such a stigma against natural curvy body shapes in both women and men?

I had a 'dad bod' and it doesn't seem to be something any women I know think is attractive.

One we (men and women) reach a certain age much of society writes us off. Yes, even when one looks after themselves with diet, exercise and healthy habits.

I know plenty of older women who are attractive. Attitude is a big part for men and women.
