Know of lash or brow serum that regrows them?

My sister has had severe stress with illness and her lashes and brows are sparse now...she's wondering if there's any good serums to regrow them??

I just saw a thread on reddit as I am concerned about one lash that I plucked out 😢 and someone who is a lash tech recommended one, I have never used it myself but they said it is good, but it’s pricey. Cheapest one I found was $36 on Ulta Beauty.
