Some people definitely do. I look far better at 31 than I did at 21.

Yes, some definitely do. One of my friends lost his "puppy fat" and became quite handsome in his 30s.

I'm better at 61 than I was at 51 for sure and at least as good as at 41..

It depends on how they maintain themselves and their confidence levels. They can definitely look better than in their 20's.
