Why do people give unsolicited beauty advice?

Like I know I can improve how I look but I don’t see a point? I view the beauty industry as a scam.

The only thing I care about is not having wrinkles but that’s linked to my fear of death, not beauty.

recently I saw some short on YouTube
A female yter in twenties getting laser treatment, botox etc
Then a female homemaker in fourties having a face surgery
Ofcourse to look better
Then I saw in comments all were cheering up
Well shouldn't discourage them
But I really feel off for this trend
I'm not jealous
They've money so they may use anyway
I don't have and I'm not going to save for it anyway
Can't we just be okay without all this
Just a healthy lifestyle and natural skin care routine is enough
Why people have to go to such extremes to feel better about themselves
There's clearly no deformation
But may be everyone around them hv made thm feel bad
😔🤦‍♀️

It's good for social climbing although it has its limitations, that's just the reality of it.

@Selah maybe that’s my confusion. I never tried to social climb.

Somebody just told me to cover my face and I did

The beauty industry is a scam full of bad chemicals, all the shit people inject into themselves to look younger.

Sad world we live in. 😞

Because they think people want to hear what they have to say.
