Two things:
1) If you don't love yourself unconditionally no one else is going to come along to "complete you" & give you the validation you are seeking. I am not doing this as someone preaching down to you but I speak from personal experience & it's something I am still working on/struggling with.
2) When working out if you have not done it for a while: start SLOW; If you can afford it use a trainer to guide you how to properly exercise & recover; use pain as a guide ...if it hurts...listen to your body.

I have been going to the gym regularly since 1981. I have never done it for anyone but myself, I'm
selfish that way. The gym, or working out, will not help your problem. You have to get your head
straight. You have to love yourself, before anyone else loves you. There are thousands of books
out there that will help you. Be proactive about training your mental attitude. Everything good,
and everything bad, starts with your daily thoughts. If you tell yourself everyday, what you wrote
above, you will never turn into the person you are trying to be. You really need to train your brain.
You are the captain of your brain, it will do everything you think about. Good, and Bad. Think good
thoughts all day, everyday.
Push out the bad thoughts, they are worthless. They only hold you back. They are your worst enemy.
Fight them, if you want to win the daily battle, and ultimately, the war.
PS. Change your friggin handle. "I am nothing" is the absolute worst thing to call yourself.

You can be fat and happy.. I've seen fat and happy couples .. you're trying to force yourself to be what you think other people want but it doesn't always even work that way..

No.
You're good enough, you just haven't found the right person yet
I'm weird af. You know what? I don't want to be with a "normal" person. I want to be with someone as weird as I am!
And hey, we could even share antidepressants!
