I Struggle With My Body Image

Huge hair.
Big nose.
Huge calves.

Just not pretty. At all.

Even mom keep reminding me that. Because she was a petite pretty woman back then that she seemed to compare her look with mine. That even when someone said I’m pretty, she just kept saying that that’s bs.

Heard all that growing up, I ended up believing it.

I don’t know when it happened. But. Now I can accept how I look. When someone flaunt my flaws now, I just gonna leave that person in silent... 😌

I have always said
You can have the most beautiful car in the world
But if it breaks down and keep breaking down

@nothingnessssssssssssss parents or teachers who put their kids down or did not encourage them always annoyed me
As a kid I rebelled against it and as an adult I have a thing about doing right by kids
I believe that every person has a gift and should be helped find it and I think you are about to 😊
