I didn't believe people until I took a hard long look. I look like the walking dead.

Before I thought people were just being judgmental or over exaggerating. No, they were quite spot on. Even my own family was spot on. After my weird dream episode last night I went to the bathroom for water. I saw my reflection in the mirror and just stared. I look terrible. Skins all blotchy, arms all marked up scarred up. Cheeks are completely sunken in, pale like a ghost. I hadn't realized I had gotten that bad again. Well actually no this would be worse than before? I don't remember. I try not to look these days.
