Well that’s it a big step forward, I have a date.

I accepted the offer of a date at Easter. He’s staying over in a local hotel and hopes to spend a long weekend with me. This is a huge deal for me as I have never been on an official date.
Things are rushing through my head:
Make up or not ,normally I don’t bother but should I?
What will I wear, money is limited so it will have to be something I already own and will it fit?
What if I need the toilet, do I just ask him to step out as I use the commode or do I try to get to the loo?
What on Earth will I talk about.?
Will he see me and run?
I asked him about some of this an in a very useful way he told me not to worry to dress and behave normally.
This is not normal so any advice would be welcome.
Thank you

Talk about things that interest you. You will probably find that you have very similar interests … like food. Every body eats food and we all have our favorites.

Ask him questions about himself.

If it makes you feel better about yourself then put on the best outfit that you have. Put on some nice perfume.

Brush your teeth. Smile :)

If things go really well you could ask he he would rather sleep at your place than at the hotel. :)

@Fatalice Sometimes it’s better to ask questions like that up front to avoid the anxiety of uncertainty.
