You look fine to me, but if you feel you need to shed some stones, do something about it.

You can change this--one day at a time, a little bit at a time...eat healthy and exercise a bit...it can help you feel better about yourself too!!!

🤔would personally say you where not fat at all but sadly the ravages of age we can not do much about. if you think you need to lose some which as i say i think you do not personally you could always go on a short diet [saintsong]
