you can not be obese and healthy at the same time

sorry to break it to you all but facts are facts.
Glorifying obesity, this is the world we live in today with certain people.
Why do people struggle to acknowledge reality now and instead act as if their feelings is all that matter and those trump every thing else. It doesnt and if people actually cared for obese people, they would not glorify it and encourage it.

but hey, if you wanna end up in a early grave, keep shoveling in junk food day in and day out and not exercise at all. Its your life

I didn't give a rip about my health for far too long in my life. I had been obese for most of my adult life. What did it do for me? I became an insulin dependent diabetic.

Well after my parents died and my brother lost weight and encouraged me to do the same got me thinking. I can either keep getting fat and eat whatever I want and keep being a couch potato, which will lead to complications from diabetes that include losing toes, going blind, etc, or change my life.

Since September of 2021, I have lost nearly 2,000 pounds. I exercise and eat healthy. I will always be a diabetic, but it is now under control.

You are right in what you are saying, but until a person makes up their mind to change, things won't change.
