I body check a lot. I either take photos or I'll rub my thighs or squeeze other parts of my body like my collarbone area or I'll feel up my arms and wrists.

Just my breasts sometimes since I’m getting that age where I’d better start being mindful of that sort of thing. Sometimes I’ll also randomly check myself out and feel around. Particularly when I’m feeling attractive. 🫣
