What is the possibility that we (humans) were spawned by an alien race ?

No material / causal constraint makes it imposible.
But there are strong evidences of another origin, a local to Earth evolutive one.

But evolution in our planet seems a better bet.

@Nexus Then what you are proposing is that the remote ancestors of life, simple organism (or even ARN entities) where brought by aliens to earth about 3800 million years ago?

Well, I know I´m a mature man, believe me.
But 3800 million years ago? I was too young to remember.
Even so, Science is not about personal witnessing and still is the better very approximated description on how stuff is and happens.
So I don´t reject almost nothing, not apriori. But I still bet for a local evolution.
There WERE some SF novels that propose what you say.
But in one of them a scientist said something like... if it´s true the ONLY thing that changes is WHERE almost SAME kind of evolution took place.

@ElRengo We might not need evidence of where the same thing happened in the universe in order to qualify our ideas on it came about. Sometimes Science can include philosophies and ideas of how something might have happened. This might be proven later or disproven . That's all I would expect from a simple forum like SW, so Whatever answers my question poses, are all probable possibilities. Of course it takes open minds, but I can never see the idea of impossible

As much as any other alternative without material severe imposibilities, yes.
Again, do I find it probable? Not really.
If happens to appear some serious evidence about I will examine it carefully and with open attention.
Sorry if I don´t hold my breath till that conjectural future.
