Why do some many people try to romanticize or glamorize pregnancy when it's actually brutal

There's a reason why they said a lot of women die while giving birth, nothing beautiful about that.

My first wife had a full term stillborn boy her first pregnancy. That devastated her emotionally. She had four after with me and I never heard her complain once. The first boy was a very trying birth that she delivered natural. His head came out flat as a pancake and blue but as soon as he got out he recovered and started crying. I said his name and he stopped crying and l and as he was on his stomach he raised his head and looked around. Any other child would have died from that birth. It took 13 hours of non productive labor.
She was exhausted but had the biggest smile you could imagine.

good for you but every woman is different but what I am talking about is also common.
