Tattos yay or nay?

@HootyTheNightOwl yes i understand i was fearful at 1st also thats why i did my research and the guy who did mine i watched him work on atleast 10 people before i decided to let him do me.

@AngelUnforgiven It's not so much a case of seeing them work... I know STBX will try them for me (he already has tats) - it's more about how the client goes on afterwards for me.

Like I hinted at, I prefer piercings. I have my ears pierced twice (that's 4 earrings for people who like to split hairs) and I had my nose done on two occasions. No matter how carefully I followed the aftercare instructions, my nose got infected both times and I had to remove the stud and let it heal over.

@HootyTheNightOwl sounds like you're just prone to infections i peirced my own ears with a sterilized needle and ice cubes to deaden it i put alcohol on them everyday afterwards and didn't have any problems thank God i was 16

@AngelUnforgiven That's the weird thing, though. I got my ears pierced the second time after my second attempt at a nose piercing failed.

My ears didn't get infected - yet, there was no putting anything on my ears after the piercing was done. I vaguely remember that they used to give a little bottle of alcohol solution they used to give you many years ago... but they stopped that between the 1990's and early 2000's, when I got my second piercings done.

@HootyTheNightOwl i remember that solution also. I just used alcohol or witch hazel.

@AngelUnforgiven Yeah, it was hard to forget if you ever smelled it once.
