@Gangstress Top professionals certainly play all year round. Tours used to be several months, but are are much shorter now. There are also all the T20 bash franchises now. When I played cricket, I needed 6 months rest for my knees to recover.

@Gangstress It's just over use. I did get them x-rayed once, but no problems. They're fine if I don't run.
