I Play Cricket
Yesterday I went with a group of year 9 girls from my school to our partner school for boys. We were allowed to use all their PE facilities and do sports that are normally for boys only. Most of the girls did football or basketball, but I learned to play cricket.
Cricket is a really good sport for small people like me 馃檪 If you are little, there is less of you to get hit by the ball when you are trying to bat. I practised for half an hour with the boys and they said I did very well for my first attempt 馃檪
Cricket is also good because you get to spend lots of time outdoors in the sun and you can go to sleep when it is not your turn to bat 馃槍
