As a Cubs fan, I’m pretty disappointed. Somehow they only managed to add 3 average (at best) bullpen arms and a utility infielder. Meanwhile, other teams went out and made some real upgrades.

Cubs did more than most teams unless you think they should just try & buy a championship like the Dodgers.
