How many people know a base runner can tag up and advance on a fly ball caught in foul territory?

It happened in a game the other night and over half the people didn't know it wasn't against the rules! That also got me thinking, that it isn't common for that to happen. Most people had never seen it happen.

Of course. I have seen it happen in the World Series.

Do you know when a strikeout isn’t an out?

Do you know when the infield fly rule is and is not applicable?

@RedBaron A strike out isn't an out when the catcher doesn't cleanly field the ball on third strike. The catcher can throw the batter out at first, however. The infield fly rule is another story, a lot of it has to do with the judgment of the crew.

@WizardofOz But it also depends on how many outs there are and which bases are occupied.

@RedBaron I know, I didn't wanna get to specific because I type slow.
