the non-rogue is non-obedient. Its cercuitry has failed so it can't what you programmed it for.
Rogue is random, so the owner-user has no idea whether what happens is something they'll enjoy or not.
The owner-use has zero control, except perhaps to pull the plug or battery and send the bot to landfill.

I'd call that a science-fiction nightmare worthy of Steven Speilberg.
