I rather worry about what industries look like in ten years. In my field, we are already causing long term damage because we only want to hire people with experience and we're not helping entry level people grow their skills. AI is working from the bottom up. The people it is replacing first are the entry level people we're already in short supply of.
In ten years either AI will have replaced the more skilled people too or it has plateaud (more likely) and we're going to be stuck unable to find skilled talent because nobody has hired anyone to grow their skills.
