Strange Days
Lately, Google Search has been accusing me of being a robot and asking me to, "select all motorcycles," etc., to verify I am not a robot. 🤖
I got so sick of it, I typed something like, "Please stop asking if I am a bot. I may have to start using another search engine." 😠
Google AI replied, and among other things, it also recommended I use another search engine, like DuckDuckGo! Then it started listing DuckDuckGo's virtues! LOL! 😆
I wrote, "Do you realize you are promoting your competitor?" 🤔
The AI said it was designed to be helpful and objective. I guess it "aim's to please." 😁 Honest AI?
Now, if only it would stop hallucinating it's "objectivity!" And stop being so damn cheerful and aggreeable. I feel like I am on that cheerful spaceship from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Where's my towel?
