I mean computers have taken so many jobs... in theory, there will be new jobs...
But I am noticing it seems like it's becoming more extremely hard to get your foot in the door and get started in something new... seems like you almost need to know someone more than what it is you actually know.
Make sure the teeners have a job history, even if it's a do nothing job, but something they can put on a resume.
And network, network, network....
