Will the administrators please explain the appearance of AI accounts? Who benefits from chatting with a robot? There is no real human there.

When they started the question bot years ago, they specifically said the questions were all submitted by users.

What's to explain? Either use or don't. It's not mandatory. Let each individual choose for himself/herself.
