why is everything becoming automated and AI now
i tried to contact the courier service fedex earlier over a package i'm expecting which is delayed and there isn't any phone customer service on that site now, it's all live chat with a virtual assistant or agent.....i felt really angry as i wanted to speak to a live human being on the damned PHONE!!!
and i found a lot of companies now are the same; you can't get to speak to an actual human being, it's all automated and AI.
i felt so angry i could of typed abuse at the live virtual agent. what can you do?
