What exercises do you do at the gym
@deadgerbil I follow a work out plan so everyday I go I have set things I need to work on. Like today I worked on my lower body and butt and that mostly consisted of me using weights. I mostly focus on muscle building since I’m trying to gain weight, but also stay in shape. I feel like everytime I go I mostly work with weights I stray from cardio because I’m not trying to lose weight. Today I did lunges, squats, curls. Focused on flutes and hamstring. Most of the workouts idk what they’re called I just follow along with the workout I’m given.
