Decision time Diet WLS maintain or immobility

My wife and I indulge in feederism and have done for many years.After a recent hospital trip ,see other post we decided to confront our options of where to go from here.
She’s currently barely mobile and 689 lbs at five foot 3. Her daily calorie intake is about 30000 cals
After much discussion it boiled down to did she want to stop overeating and the answer was no so full immobility is the path we will take.

I feel sorry for people who have fetishes. that means something in your childhood broke you. But when you are grotesquely obese and feeding each other for sexual pleasure...that is abuse. you are abusing each other and yourselves. go see a therapist NOW! Please , before it kills you.
