Decision time Diet WLS maintain or immobility

My wife and I indulge in feederism and have done for many years.After a recent hospital trip ,see other post we decided to confront our options of where to go from here.
She’s currently barely mobile and 689 lbs at five foot 3. Her daily calorie intake is about 30000 cals
After much discussion it boiled down to did she want to stop overeating and the answer was no so full immobility is the path we will take.

She’s big but not grotesquely so and she lives to eat she gets so much pleasure for it but she or we made the decision. I look after her completely leaving her free to eat
