Why is CNC the same as Bdsm I don’t get it it’s not painful like bdsm ?

CNC is Consensual non-consent if you didn’t know , Curious on what y’all think ? I assume bdsm more painful 🤷🏻‍♀️

BDSM isn't all pain.

Sadism is about GIVING it (as one's turn-on), and
Masochism is about RECEIVING it (again, as one's turn-on).

But Bondage and Domination are more about control. Binding or being bound can be a turn-on, just as Domination or submission can be.
