Why is CNC the same as Bdsm I don’t get it it’s not painful like bdsm ?

CNC is Consensual non-consent if you didn’t know , Curious on what y’all think ? I assume bdsm more painful 🤷🏻‍♀️

It's not the same. They're different things. And when my boyfriend and I do CNC or rape play, it does often involve pain
