Ever get TWO seizing muscle cramps at once?

Was bending over a bit ago to get something and all of a sudden my stomach muscles started seizing and cramping realllyyyy bad...SEARING pain. So i bend into the cramp more, on my knees now, and put my left arm down on floor to hold myself up a bit. Aftet a minute my ARM starts spasming from holding all my weight on the one arm. Oh just AWFUL. It would buckle when I tried to get up. After several minutes they both eased and I sat down. I still feel jabs of pain in arm but I think its ok. Ever experience this??? Ughh😫

Aha I’d say maybe you’ve been pushing yourself too much? Exercising too much I mean

@IamBack Not really no. The stomach one seized because I kinda bent down at a weird angle

@Coralmist it happens, you will be fine, probably from the sudden movement that’s all

@IamBack Thanks. Even though the tummy one was more painful I was worried about my arm. Felt like I couldn't even lift it. But now its better. What a horrible thing cramps are!

@Coralmist I understand, happens to me at the gym sometimes, and once I carried a heavy bag and twisted my hips to get some momentum coz I wanted to put it in the garbage bin.

I literally sat on the sidewalk from the pain in my leg for about 10 minutes.

@IamBack Ouch that sucks. I know ice helps but when its seized in that moment all you think is the pain and which way to undo the cramp ugh

@Coralmist ice has been my best friend for quite some time lol and I can completely relate!

@IamBack Whats ironic is earlier today I was prescribed flexeril for pain in my face and jaw from TMJ, but its used for any muscle pain so at least I have a few if i did need them for my arm tomorrow! If it still aches
