The right connection won’t leave you confused, staying without clarity only leaves you more attached to them.
This leaves you in the longing state, if you break it down and understand the attachment you have for them, you’ll be able to see they had nothing to offer you, if they did you wouldn’t be so confused.
We have to be honest with ourselves, why stay when the love is not reciprocated.
You deserve better, you deserve a love that makes you feel safe.
That kind of love isn’t safe, it’s confusing.
Love, real love won’t leave you questioning what it is, with the right one you’ll know because they are consistent and present and less space to wonder what if.

@QuietReverie you are right, there's no point to hanging on if they don't feel the same. And I know they don't. If they did I'd know and knowing is the safety I definitely deserve at this point.
