Let them grow out a bit. Not past the end of the finger, of course, but enough to cover the skin underneath. As they are growing out, keep applying an antibiotic ointment to that cut and cover it with a bandage.

Then once they are grown out a bit, maintain them with a file, not clippers.

Try some antibiotic gel, like Neosporin, then bandaid for a few days

put some centaury oil on it. if u can find pine tree resin also works. if u cant find any of em just put some olive oil there. it helps. and wear some pants
