You could but you shouldn't if you don't have to.. because you could make it worse

@SStarfish I did about two hours and the toe is kinda throbbing. I don't really know if I broke it or just bruised it but it swelled up really bad when it first happened and it's still pretty tender although it's been four or five days since it first happened. I just don't like you going more than a couple days without running.
SStarfish
Oh i see.. could it just be a sprain/bruise and not broken? @Lostpoet
LostpoetM
@SStarfish It could be and its a toe so even if it was broken and crooked they usually don't put splinters on toes so going to the hospital would only result in ice and a bill.
SStarfish
Yeah but if it is broken you need to give it a rest so you don't get more internal injuries on it imo .. who knows tho.. i guess you just cant help yourself wanting to run? @Lostpoet
LostpoetM
@SStarfish I couldn't and besides the pain it was actually a pretty good run. There's a small garden in the back yard and i just do laps around it and listened to Anna Karenina audible book. I actually was out running for two hours.
SStarfish
Oh ok 鈽猴笍 I used to walk laps around the tennis courts when i was skinny.. i should go back to doing that 馃槄 @Lostpoet

@SStarfish And listen to audible books while you do it. It was around two in the morning when i started running and the stars were out although i couldn't see the moon anywhere. It was also chilly and that felt nice on my skin.
LostpoetM
@SStarfish I forget where you said you lived but it's good to walk alone it clears the mind of bad things.
SStarfish
Oh 鈽猴笍 That sounds nice 鈽猴笍@Lostpoet
