Can you run on a broken toe?🦶🚫

@thewindupbirdchronicles A-hole at the gym hid a small 5lb plate inside the big 10lbs plates at the gym and I wasn't paying attention while I loaded the squat rack and it landed directly on my toe. It probably wouldn't have been so bad if I stopped working out and put ice on it directly, but I'm not very smart and didn't even look at it until I got home and it was so swollen that I had to loosen my shoelaces to get my shoes off.
