Question for barefooters! How tough are your soles? [I Am Always Barefoot]

@Barefooter25 do you never worry about glass or splinters ? Your soles can’t be that calloused surely ?

@Justin1066 Once you're an experienced barefooter, splinters are never a problem.

Wow ! They must be in great shape to be able to do that but still glass must be a constant concern ? @Barefooter25

@Justin1066 When you develop really rough soles, glass should not be a problem. Besides, I learned long ago to avoid glass.

@Barefooter25 Wow ! What do soles that are rough enough to not be bothered by broken glass look like ? They must be impressively calloused !

@Justin1066 With rough soles, you can also withstand hot surfaces like sidewalks and streets.

@Barefooter25 @Barefooter25 how hot has it been when you’ve been bare foot ? Surely black tarmac is an issue ?

@Justin1066 I've been doing this for many years now. Been barefoot to lots of places in public and my feet are still in one piece.

@Justin1066 I've been outside barefoot when it's near 90 degrees. It also depends on your tolerance level. If it's to hot, I won't risk it.

@Barefooter25 well your soles look fantastic in your photos .. do you get lots of compliments on them and how do you wear bare feet best with clothes in style terms ?

@Barefooter25 90 degrees ! Your tolerance level sounds amazing ..I’d imagine that when you get that heat where the black
asphalt begins to soften it is around that temperature! If that doesn’t bother you I can see why you aren’t too fussed about standing on a broken bottle or splintered wood with your bare feet

@Barefooter25 when you do go out in your bare feet on streets and sidewalks and in public toilets (especially at festivals) etc there must be stuff (I don’t mean poo) that gets stuck to your rough soles or between your bare toes all the time.. what things tend to bother you or don’t you notice until you wash your feet before bed or whenever ?

@Barefooter25 When you do have really hot temperatures -like 90 degrees - and your bare soles are on the streets and sidewalks, do they tend to get too dry and crack ?
