The results of barefooting [I Love To Run Around In My Bare Feet]

When you go barefoot a lot. Your feet get tougher. They build more muscle and calluses so they can handle rough surfaces out doors. However, when you wear shoes, they wear down, and after a certain period of time they got all worn out and you have to buy new ones. (which I think is a waste of money)

So what’s the narrative!? Your feet get tougher, your shoes don’t.

As you guys can tell I’m a strong passionate barefooter. I’ve been barefoot for three straight years, no shoes, no socks, all about the bare feet baby! I ended up selling all my shoes and I threw my socks in the garbage. My feet have become tougher than any shoe.

My conclusion, shoes are overrated. Barefoot is the way to go 😊👣😊👣😊👣

I’m almost always bare foot in the house but it’s dangerous to drive bare footed for example. I also suffer from plantar fasciitis in my left foot alone mostly.

@Gingerbreadspice I drive barefoot all the time and I feel super comfortable and safe. Let alone, I don’t feel safe driving with shoes on, but we all have different experiences.
