The results of barefooting [I Love To Run Around In My Bare Feet]

When you go barefoot a lot. Your feet get tougher. They build more muscle and calluses so they can handle rough surfaces out doors. However, when you wear shoes, they wear down, and after a certain period of time they got all worn out and you have to buy new ones. (which I think is a waste of money)

So what’s the narrative!? Your feet get tougher, your shoes don’t.

As you guys can tell I’m a strong passionate barefooter. I’ve been barefoot for three straight years, no shoes, no socks, all about the bare feet baby! I ended up selling all my shoes and I threw my socks in the garbage. My feet have become tougher than any shoe.

My conclusion, shoes are overrated. Barefoot is the way to go 😊👣😊👣😊👣

Please keep your negative comments to yourself.

My own results...I go the park for nearly an hour and walk the entire time barefoot, I drive barefoot, I climb hills barefoot, I run on tracks barefoot and I walk on the treadmill faster barefoot. My feet and soles are stronger and I feel more energetic. 😀👣

@ScarletWitch It is legal honestly. Here in England it is legal too.I learned to drive and took my test with my feet bare.I can feel the clutch bite point and use the brake and accelerator much better, being barefooted connects me to the car better, like sex without using protection feels so much nicer.

@Hayleywg looks. beautiful. n clean. no roughage
I’m almost always bare foot in the house but it’s dangerous to drive bare footed for example. I also suffer from plantar fasciitis in my left foot alone mostly.

@Gingerbreadspice I drive barefoot all the time and I feel super comfortable and safe. Let alone, I don’t feel safe driving with shoes on, but we all have different experiences.

It depends where you live. Walking down a dirty city street with fragments of broken glass and way more disgusting stuff? Shoes please!

But walking free on the grass or the beach or even over gravel (and always inside) - I agree :)

@Barefooter25 My feet and soles are also stronger and I also feel more energetic and outgoing! My spirit is free! I love that you do all those things barefoot too! 😊👣

Having done gymnastics for years, still teaching my feet have been through a lot, just need to look after them!
ScarletWitch · 26-30, F
It gets tougher in months or even years time. Prepare for pain.
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
@ScarletWitch Depending on how you go about it.
Nah... my feet still get too cold for that over winter...
