Stepping into my roles as a business owner and local artist...

Finding myself in charge but still feeling very submissive.... Has anyone had to find that balance. I can be a bit particular, which could lead those who work for me to believe that I'm more dominant than I really am. Though I still feel seen by the men who get it... I wonder if there are any tips on how to navigate this space...

I've always been very good at compartmentalizing. In some ways, I use my natural Dominance as an enhancer at work. If you can separate your "work" self from your submissive self. That may help you..

@Ironhand honestly I was thinking I may need an assistant. Somebody that can be the bully I need. I know my strengths and my weakness, no reason to try to do it all. I'm very good at what I do but that dominance thing...the most dominant thing I can do is leave and let the people that handle those situations do what they are good at. Forever the velvet glove and not the iron fist. But...can't lie. I've always seen my nature as a strength and an assist. Feels weak to have to sit back on things...
