Stepping into my roles as a business owner and local artist...

Finding myself in charge but still feeling very submissive.... Has anyone had to find that balance. I can be a bit particular, which could lead those who work for me to believe that I'm more dominant than I really am. Though I still feel seen by the men who get it... I wonder if there are any tips on how to navigate this space...

Your image as submissive is your own. It can be a way to take a break from your responsibilities. But don’t give up your dominant side — you still need it at work and in life. If you want to show that submissive side to attract some of the men around you, do it with the right person, not with everyone.

@MizzO you need to be nice but not submissive, also some situations need to be strict.
