I Have Big Boobs

For years now I've worn oversized T shirts over my bathing suits at the beach because of my chest. I do it to be conservative not because I like to. I hate the look, it makes me feel like I'm fat and I'm matronly and I'm neither. Going through my summer wardrobe now I'm thinking about not going that route anymore but at the same time I know once I'm on the beach with all the crowds I'm going to go right back to the shirt. I need to feel more confident about myself in general but my husband has an unholy knack for saying just the right things to make me feel ashamed of myself.

So don't do it. I know easier said than done, plus coming from a man. It is a confidence issue. You are you, if you feel you don't want to wear the shirt, then don't. There is no reason to feel ashamed of your body. Take a deep breath, leave the t shirt in the car and get out on the beach. Now you can't cover up. Just be you.

As for your husband.... well hell, I stepped into already so... slap him! He should NEVER say things to make you feel ashamed of yourself. NEVER!!! He is either insecure of himself or he is ashamed of himself. If you both love each other there shouldn't be an issue. Unless he feels he has not been a good husband to you.

Either way, it's not you. Stand up straight, smile big and burn the T shirt. (you thought I was going to say burn the bra didn't you). Seriously, all of the above is serious. Just had to had the one line to hopefully make you smile.
