I woke up so constipated that my back hurt 😢

Hip bone to lower rib and spine to navel, everything on the left side right there just hurt. Absolutely no position, laying, sitting or standing was remotely comfortable.

Anyway, long store short, I paid a $20 delivery fee with tip for a $10 bag of prunes and now I feel better. Ish.
