Are you aromatic or asexual?

Are you diagnosed clinically with with or both 'illnesses' (as sexually normal people would probably say) or you just know/feel it about yourself that you fit the description/criteria for either or both.

I'm not sure I'm asexual but aromatic fits with being neuro divergent and demisexual.
