If you are asexual and/or aromantic how did you find out and definitively categorise it?

I think I might be both but don't know how to have it definitively determined and or diagnosed.

I found out after high school in college when I was 19. I just came to the realisation that I wasn’t as obsessed with sex as much as my peers so I did some digging online and found the AVEN website. Asexuality is a spectrum there’s no one label.
