fake or real??

It is usually pretty easy to tell the fake ones as they stick straight out without much sagging.

That only happens if the breasts are small or if the girl is a young teenager. They start to drop pretty fast as they grow and get heavier.

If you see some 25-30 year old with tits sticking straight out, then you know.

It does seem common. I’m actually surprised when I hear about someone that I thought I knew would never be vane enough to get plastic surgery and specifically breast augmentation went under the knife. Of the friends and friends of the family I know about 8 women who’ve done it and they are older than I am by at least 10 years. Seems to a trend for women in the 60+ age range. I could never do it. Not something that I feel is important and definitely not worth the risk.

I want totally natural with hair, no makeup, natural breasts, so I’m not interested in oversized unnatural breasts. If that’s what the lady naturally has, sure, but otherwise no.

I've gotten pretty good at spotting the girls who have implants. I think it's because my ex wife had them done twice. The first session, she was afraid of them being too noticeable, so she got implants that nobody noticed. A couple years later, she got a pair that were WAY bigger.

If they look too good to be real, they usually are.

Why does it really matter? You going to do a survey?

I prefer real, even if small. I used to work in pay-per-view TV, and all the "adult" fare I had to watch closely made me an unwilling and discerning expert on such, er, things.
